Rakuten Symphony announced two key promotions within its technology leadership structure. Sagiv Draznin has been appointed Rakuten Symphony’s Chief Architect, while Subha Shrinivasan will assume the role of Global Head of Customer Success and Delivery.
As Rakuten Symphony’s Chief Architect, Draznin will be responsible for the overall design and structure of the Rakuten Symphony solutions. Draznin’s day-to-day role will include overseeing the development of software and hardware systems, ensuring their compatibility and integration, and leading Rakuten Symphony’s efforts to innovate and improve its overall technology stack.
Commenting on his new role, Draznin said, “I am very excited to play a key role in improving Rakuten Symphony’s technology value proposition. To do this, we need to be brave and bold. We will break down silos, remove boundaries and get faster resolutions. We can do this because Rakuten Symphony does not think like a typical vendor. We're nimble, have magnificent people and world class technologies. We're breaking the rules so we can deliver solutions faster and cheaper to the global telecom industry."

As global head of customer success and delivery, Shrinivasan will be responsible for elevating customer experiences and standardizing delivery processes across all Rakuten Symphony products through innovative tools and frameworks.
