Sharad Srivastava is an experienced technology and business leader with a strong track record of driving innovation, product development, and cross-functional collaboration across global organizations.
He currently serves as President of the Cloud Business Unit at Rakuten Symphony, where he has been a key contributor since May 2022. In this role, Sharad works closely with Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, and other business units to strengthen collaboration, accelerate business growth, and enhance cloud-related product offerings.
Over the course of his career, Sharad has successfully led both small and large teams across multiple geographies, overseeing the development and management of cloud technologies and products. His leadership combines deep technical expertise with a strong focus on customer engagement and operational excellence.
Sharad holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and a Master's in Computer Science from Oregon State University.
With his broad technical background, global leadership experience, and collaborative approach, Sharad plays an important role in advancing Rakuten Symphony’s cloud and technology initiatives.
