Previously, she served as VP of HR at Flipkart and held senior leadership roles at General Electric and Baker Hughes, where she managed culture and leadership initiatives for over 65,000 employees.
Prajakta holds a Master of Training & Development degree from Oakland University, a Master of Arts in German Literature from Pune University, and an undergraduate degree in Zoology from Ferguson College. She also completed General Electric’s prestigious HR Leadership Program (HRLP) and is recognized as one of India’s leading HR executives.
