Joining Rakuten Symphony has been a thrilling leap into a mission that truly excites me — leading our ecosystem strategy to connect Rakuten’s 70+ products with telecom operators across the globe, co-creating value, and shaping what’s next.

In 1997, Rakuten launched with a bold idea: that technology, when designed with purpose, can empower people and redefine industries.

It started with Ichiba, a pioneering online marketplace. Today, it has evolved into a global ecosystem of 70+ products and services spanning e-commerce, fintech, communications, content, and more.
